UNIT III IMPLEMENTATION OF GT/CMS
Inter and Intra cell layout, cost and non-cost based models, establishing a team approach, Managerial structure and groups, batch sequencing and sizing, life cycle issues in GT/CMS.
UNIT IV PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL
